Procedure to Join
Procedure to fill up the form
Fill the Application Form, Exam Form and Eligibility & Enrollment forms with Capital Letters and affix the Photos where ever required. Sign on the Photo in top of the front page of the Application Form. Fill the Undertaking form and affix photo.
Documents required
For 10th Qualification	4 sets of attested 10^th Mark Sheet
	3 Passport size photos other than affixed in application.

For 12th Qualification	4 sets of attested 10^th & 12^th Mark sheet
	3 Passport size photos other than affixed in application.

For ITI (2 Years) Holders	4 sets of attested 10^th Mark Sheet and ITI Provisional Certificate
	3 Passport size photos other than affixed in application.

For Diploma Holders	4 sets of attested 10^th Mark Sheet, 5th & 6^th semester Diploma Mark Sheet, Mark Sheets obtained after 5^th Sem and Final Diploma certificate.
	3 Passport size photos other than affixed in application.

For B.Sc (with Maths as Major or Allied)	4 sets of attested 10^th Mark Sheet, 12^th Mark Sheet, All Mark Sheets of B.Sc Degree and Final Degree certificate.
	3 Passport size photos other than affixed in application.

Payment Details
You can pay the payments in the form of DD. You are request to get the information from the Study Center regarding DD favouring and Payable at.
